Jamison Dental Care is a growth-minded, patient-focused dental practice in Rogers. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to join our team. Our goal is to provide an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone calls our office until they leave with a smile! Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Welcome and check patients in and out. Collect patient payments and explain financial policies. Work to keep the doctor and hygiene schedules full. Assist with insurance verification and patient paperwork. Balance and close the office at the end of each day. Operate and trouble shoot office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and printers. Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team. Collaborate with specialist offices to enhance patient care. Qualifications Dental front office experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning dental software. $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
