REQUIRED
Graduate of an accredited dietetic training program (ADA-approved preferred) Proven experience in Long-Term Care and kitchen operations Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (SNF, hospital, or similar) Strong decision-making and leadership skills Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities Ability to be on-call and to fill-in Reliable transportation to and from the facility Ability to pass background screening and provide proper work authorization documents Ways to

Responsibilities:
As the Dietary Manager , you are responsible for a wide range of tasks, including collaborating with healthcare professionals to meet individual dietary needs Ensure residents have a nutrition assessment completed upon admission and once quarterly after admission. Complete diet profiles upon admission and annually after admission. Establish the residents dietary care plan and that it is updated to match their correct diet order, supplements, snacks, adaptive equipment, etc. Make sure care plan meetings are completed quarterly for each resident with the care plan team, the resident and the resident's family members. You must be prepared with the resident's current diet, supplements, weight and intake of meals. You are required to attend meetings to discuss any changes that need to be made to resident's diets, supplements or snacks. Other responsibilities requested by your supervisor.
