Are you a licensed PT, OT, or SLP with a passion for leadership and patient-centered care? We're seeking a Therapy Manager to help guide and strengthen our therapy services while continuing to make a direct impact on patient outcomes. In this dynamic role, you'll partner with the Director of Therapy Services to oversee daily operations, support staff development, drive quality improvement initiatives, and provide hands-on patient care. You'll lead a dedicated rehabilitation team, promote collaboration across departments, and help shape programs that deliver exceptional results for both inpatient and outpatient populations.
What We're Looking For:
Current Arkansas Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Pathologist Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy Assistant license, required Bachelors or Masters in a Healthcare Management or related field. Minimum of 2 years of clinical therapy experience, preferred Leadership experience; preferred Inpatient rehabilitation experience; preferred BLS/CPR certification How you'll contribute Lead daily operations of the Therapy Department, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. Supervise, mentor, and develop therapy staff through performance evaluations, competency assessments, orientation, continuing education, and professional development initiatives. Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and evaluate therapy personnel while promoting a collaborative, patient-focused culture. Develop, implement, and improve departmental policies, procedures, and quality improvement programs to enhance service delivery, patient outcomes, and operational effectiveness. Provide direct patient care by performing evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy services, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and coordinating discharge planning. Foster effective communication and collaboration among patients, families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve rehabilitation goals and ensure a safe care environment.
