The Clinical Coordinator II oversees behavioral health staff in our integrated outpatient clinic. In this position you will participate in hiring, training, mentoring, and directly supervising a team dedicated to providing quality behavioral health care to our clients.
Qualifications:
Masters degree and Licensure (Associate or Independent) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire. Experience/knowledge of clinical best practices, therapeutic approaches, trauma-informed care and working with diverse populations. Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment. Must have good oral and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions. Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and successfully complete background check.
