Please contact Lindsay Simboli by email Lindsay.simboli1@lifepointhealth.net, text 737-268-9063 or via phone 737-268-9063 How you'll contribute The Director of Clinical Operations oversees all clinical treatment programs for patients receiving psychiatric and substance use care across inpatient and outpatient settings. The Director ensures delivery of high‑quality, integrated clinical services and provides leadership for individual and group counseling. This role develops and implements therapeutic modalities, oversees discharge planning to support effective transitions of care, and ensures clinical documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with all regulatory and organizational standards.- Ensures all company‑approved programs are implemented consistently and in accordance with established standards.
- Provides oversight and performance feedback to therapists through evaluations and, when necessary, corrective counseling.
- Ensures all therapeutic interventions-individual, group, and family-are delivered and documented in compliance with professional clinical standards.
- Actively participates in regulatory and accreditation surveys, including The Joint Commission, Medicare, and state licensing reviews.
- Coordinates performance improvement initiatives and completes required monthly reporting.
- Attends treatment team meetings regularly to support coordinated, patient‑centered care.
- Ensures clear communication of therapeutic roles and treatment plans with patients and families.
- Participates in the complaint‑resolution process as needed to support timely and appropriate outcomes.
- Collaborates with hospital leadership to support effective operations and alignment of clinical services.
