This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, patient safety, employee engagement, and financial performance across multiple surgical service lines. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Current Arizona RN License (or ability to obtain) Minimum 5 years of Surgical Nursing experience Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a surgical setting Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Nursing or related field BLS Certification ACLS Certification PALS Certification Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) What You'll Do Lead and oversee daily operations of Surgical Services Manage department budgets, staffing, scheduling, and productivity Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop nursing leaders and staff Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and performance initiatives Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes Monitor operational metrics and implement process improvements Oversee supply management, vendor relationships, and capital equipment Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture

$146,900.00 - $198,000.00 per year
