The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience supervising clinical professionals, and a thorough understanding of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight of clinical services and clinical staff. Supervise, support, and develop members of the clinical team. Promote high-quality, ethical, and client-centered care. Ensure clinical services and documentation meet applicable regulatory, licensing, and organizational requirements. Support treatment planning, clinical decision-making, and continuity of care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary leadership and staff to support effective program operations. Assist with staff training, performance management, and clinical development. Monitor clinical quality and identify opportunities for improvement. Address clinical concerns involving clients, families, and staff as appropriate. Participate in organizational planning and other leadership responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Current Arizona behavioral health licensure appropriate for the position. Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience in substance use disorder and/or behavioral health treatment. Strong knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment practices. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop clinical teams. Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment environment. Must meet applicable background, health, and employment requirements. Preferred Qualifications Previous clinical leadership or management experience within a behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment program. Experience working with co-occurring disorders. Familiarity with ASAM criteria and levels of care. Bilingual skills are a plus.
