The individual will need to be professional, friendly, a self-starter, organized, and compassionate. Seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our South Mountain clinic.

    40 hours per week Monday
  • Friday:
    8:30am
  • 5:30pm / Potential for On-Call Weekends as needed
Location:

Duties Include:
Provides clinical and administrative supervision, training and mentoring for Case Managers, Peer Mentors or Peer Support Specialists, and Rehabilitation Specialists on the assigned team. Ensures clinical quality and service delivery standards are met or exceeded by direct reports. Guarantees that assessments and individual service plans are developed and implemented according to regulatory guidelines for each patient served. Provides direct care as needed by assisting patients and assuring the team provides supportive services to help patients reach their goals. Collaborates with external service providers, including medical providers, to assure best care and coordination is provided to patients. This role reports directly to the site Health Center Director.

Minimum of 1 year of Managerial Experience & 3+ years of Behavioral Health experience required . Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, member families, and other community members. Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions. Strong understanding of substance use, addiction, and recovery clinical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Knowledge in use of Electronic Health Records
  • NextGen is a plus.
Minimum typing speed of 25wpm. Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy. Must have a valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or the ability to apply for one apply for one within 7 working days of assuming role. Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screenings.
