What You'll Do As the Director of Clinical Services (Therapy Focused), you will lead the therapy department and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
You will:
Oversee therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy programs. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate therapists, case managers, and clinical support staff. Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Develop and implement therapeutic programming that supports recovery and patient outcomes. Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership to ensure an integrated care approach. Provide clinical oversight, training, and professional development opportunities for therapists. Monitor documentation, treatment planning, and utilization review to ensure quality and efficiency. What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required. Independent clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) required. 3+ years of experience in behavioral health therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong background in psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be 21 years or older. Why Join Us?
