Days; Mon-Fri Case Management Director oversees case management operations, including care coordination, discharge planning, and utilization review Leads and develops case management staff to support quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction Collaborates with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient throughput and resource utilization

Case Management Director Qualifications:
