Salary Range:
$115,000-$120,000/year (based on experience)
Director of Case Management Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent opportunity
Schedule:
Days; Mon-Fri Director of Case Management oversees case management operations, including care coordination, discharge planning, and utilization review Leads and develops case management staff to support quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction Collaborates with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient throughput and resource utilization
Director of Case Management Qualifications:
The Director of Case Management must have an LCSW or RN license Must have 3 or more years of hospital-based case management experience Bachelor's Degree or higher required About the
