09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description Position Overview PrideStaff is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Patient Services & Office Support Coordinator for a growing health and wellness practice. The focus will strictly be on front-desk patient services, scheduling, financial coordination, and general treatment room preparation.Key Responsibilities Patient Engagement & Call Handling:
Manage busy phone lines with confidence, answer patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and guide new patients through their intake process.Financial Coordination:
Conduct professional conversations regarding care plans, payment options, and patient financial objections calmly and clearly.EHR & Records Management:
Efficiently check patients in and out using Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, maintaining precise and up-to-date patient files.Payment Processing:
Collect copays, cash, and credit card payments daily, ensuring accurate ledger balancing and transaction logs.Patient Retention & Follow-Up:
Perform proactive outreach for appointment reminders, reactivation calls, and care plan compliance follow-ups.Front Office Maintenance:
Keep the reception area, front desk, and patient lounge pristine, welcoming, and organized. Clinical Support & Room Prep (Non-Clinical Support)Treatment Room Prep:
Sanitize, organize, restock, and prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies between patient visits.Patient Flow Management:
Help guide patients efficiently between the reception area and treatment rooms to maintain on-time appointment flows.Team Communication:
Communicate clearly with patients and escalate any clinical questions or concerns directly to the doctors or clinical team lead.Qualifications & Requirements Schedule Commitment:
Availability to work Monday through Thursday, 8:15 AM - 6:00 PM.Prior Experience:
Experience in a patient-facing role within a medical, dental, chiropractic, or high-end hospitality environment preferred.Financial & Phone Composure:
Proven ability to handle high-volume phone traffic and navigate patient financial discussions without hesitation.Technical Savvy:
Quick to learn new technology, EHR systems, and comfortable using Google Workspace and standard office software.Physical Stamina:
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and keeping treatment spaces organized throughout the workday.Soft Skills:
Self-motivated, punctual, coachable, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.Compliance:
