Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM A prominent PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization serving geriatric patients is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager to lead rehabilitation services and support an interdisciplinary care team dedicated to helping seniors remain safely living in their homes and communities. Required Qualifications Active California COTA or PTA license required California PT, OT, or SLP license preferred Current CPR/First Aid certification Minimum 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of rehabilitation services, healthcare operations, and interdisciplinary care Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Compensation Licensed PT, OT, or SLP:

$130,000-$140,000 annually

Licensed COTA or PTA:
