Mental Health Coordinator (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) - Days/Evenings - Start 07/20/2026 Join a supportive team with weekly pay via direct deposit , comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) , and a competitive pay package . This role offers a 40-hour/week schedule on Days/Evenings (8-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends) with paid sick time and referral bonuses —plus travel and other reimbursements when applicable . Start timing is flexible as soon as ICE clearance is received (clearance typically takes 4-6 weeks ).

Additional benefits may be discussed upon application What You'll Do Conduct mental health screenings and assessments using available records and clinical interviews. Develop, implement, and update individual treatment plans based on evaluations of needs and functioning. Provide counseling, mental health assessments, and crisis interventions to support individuals. Maintain complete, accurate documentation of treatment and evaluation activities in the health care record. Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Apply knowledge of psychological counseling theories and techniques to guide services for your caseload. What You Need Required Current/active CA license Must be one of: LCSW or LPCC or LPC or LMFT (as applicable to the credential listed in the title) U.S. citizenship required for ICE clearance (ICE clearance is expedited for new activation) Ability to work Days/Evenings in 8-hour shifts , including weekends Open availability as required by the client scheduling policy Willingness to complete a thorough background & credit investigation for clearance Preferred Not specified About the Assignment You'll coordinate and deliver non-medical clinical mental health services within a correctional facility setting, including screenings, counseling, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
