The position is a Tuesday through Saturday full-time schedule in our Camarillo and Ventura location . We have a fast-paced practice with high professionalism and a fun atmosphere. You'll work closely with other members of the staff, including clinical providers, estheticians, and administrative support personnel; so you should have a team spirit and a positive attitude! Patience, problem-solving skills and communication ability are important. You will be trained in the aesthetic treatment theory and the medical-grade products we provide as well as our office management system, MindBody Online. Duties to include- Ensuring daily operations run smoothly Greeting patients with a warm, friendly welcome Using phone, email, and text to communicate with patients Scheduling patient appointments considering multiple providers, rooms, and equipment availability. Maintaining a professional facility and first-rate customer experience Facilitating customer purchases using the computer Serving as liaison between patients and providers Please provide a cover letter describing your interest and experience in Medical Aesthetics.
