Position:
We're looking for a Part-Time Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. Our ideal schedule is Wednesday and Thursday , but we're happy to be flexible for the right person. Our office is currently open Monday through Thursday , with occasional opportunities to work Fridays as needed or if you're interested in additional hours. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, helping them understand their treatment options, and creating an exceptional experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Present recommended treatment in a confident, compassionate, and educational manner Review financial arrangements and insurance benefits Help patients schedule treatment and overcome barriers to care Coordinate larger treatment plans and follow up with unscheduled treatment Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience Build genuine relationships with patients while providing outstanding customer service Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and excited about improving their oral health
