Clinical Director About Club Xcite Club Xcite partners with school districts to provide high-quality, practical behavioral support for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Our team works directly within school communities to build sustainable classroom systems, strengthen staff capacity and improve student outcomes through applied behavior analysis (ABA). We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students, staff and school teams throughout the Compton area . Position Summary The BCBA will provide and oversee school-based behavioral services across assigned campuses, with a strong focus on RBT supervision, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), classroom consultation and staff support . This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys working collaboratively with educators and wants to make an impact beyond one-on-one services by helping create behavioral systems that can be successfully implemented throughout the school day. Key ResponsibilitiesBehavioral Assessment & Intervention Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral assessments Develop, implement and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions based on student progress Develop individualized strategies that can be realistically implemented within school environments Support students with a variety of behavioral, developmental and learning needs RBT Supervision & Clinical Support Provide ongoing supervision, coaching and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Observe RBTs working with students and provide actionable feedback Support treatment integrity and consistency across staff and settings Ensure supervision requirements align with BACB standards Help RBTs strengthen their skills in behavior management, data collection and intervention implementation Classroom & Systems Design Design and support classroom-wide behavior systems , including reinforcement systems, schedules, routines and environmental supports Collaborate with teachers to develop practical and sustainable interventions Help school staff proactively address challenging behaviors Support generalization of student skills across classrooms, staff and environments Provide strategies that fit naturally within the structure of the school day School Collaboration Partner closely with teachers, administrators, special education teams and related service providers Participate in IEP meetings, consultations and multidisciplinary team discussions Provide behavioral consultation and recommendations to school teams Deliver staff training based on classroom and individual student needs Build strong working relationships with district and campus partners Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, supervision, services and student progress Complete required behavioral reports and clinical documentation Ensure services align with BACB standards, district requirements and Club Xcite policies Maintain confidentiality and professional standards across all school-based services Required Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education or a related field Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral or developmental needs Strong knowledge of
