Little Hands is a vibrant pediatric therapy practice, and we are looking for a Clinical Administrative Assistant to serve as the administrative "glue" holding our clinic together. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our Clinic Coordinator, balancing operational support with hands-on assistance for our therapists and families. Whether you are auditing patient records, coordinating a summer camp, or guiding a child from the lobby to their session with a smile, your work will directly empower our team and the families we serve. What You'll Do Team & Family Support The "Right Hand": Assist the Clinic Coordinator with insurance documentation, incoming mail, and operational workflows to keep leadership focused on growth.
Warm Welcomes:
Partner with our front desk team to greet families and create a safe, exciting environment for children transitioning into therapy.
Therapist Support:
Serve as "boots on the ground" for our clinicians—preparing session materials, assisting with transitions, and lending a hand during group therapy.
Volunteer Leadership:
Act as the primary mentor for clinic volunteers, managing their onboarding, schedules, and daily tasks.
Clinic Operations & Management Scheduling & Records:
Coordinate PTO requests and track weekly therapist caseloads to ensure our clinical records remain accurate and up to date.
Inventory & Materials:
Oversee our therapy toy and supply inventory. Handle ordering, audit assessment forms, and ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and stocked for play-based healing.
Digital Tools:
Manage therapy software subscriptions and maintain the therapist portal so our team has the digital resources they need.
Culture & Engagement:
Drive our clinic's celebration calendar by organizing birthday recognitions, marking milestones, and producing our monthly community newsletter.
Events & Seasonal Programs Summer Camp Coordination:
Play a central role in planning and executing seasonal camps—from sourcing supplies to providing on-site assistance during activities.

Pay:
