The Impact You'll Make The Face & Voice:
Greet patients with unmatched warmth and manage a multi-line phone system like a pro.
The Organizer:
Own the calendar, schedule appointments seamlessly using Google Workspace/MS Office, and keep documentation organized and compliant.
The Executor:
Handle critical data entry, proofread correspondence, and manage inventory so the team never skips a beat.
The Numbers Guard:
Support basic bookkeeping (invoicing, expense tracking, and entry via QuickBooks). Are You Our Next All-Star? We are looking for a specific type of person. You'll be a perfect fit if you have:
Proven Experience:
Past success in a fast-paced administrative role, chiropractic/dental/medical reception, or as a personal assistant (highly preferred).
Tech Savvy:
Sharp computer skills with fluency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and ideally QuickBooks.

The ability to prioritize, multitask under pressure, and solve problems before they even reach the rest of the team.
World-Class Communication:
