Clinical Supervisor! Guiding Hands Healthcare is seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision and support to associates and therapists facilitating group treatment in a mental health and substance use disorder setting. Position Summary The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical guidance, consultation, and oversight to clinicians delivering group-based behavioral health services. This role focuses on supporting quality care, professional development, and adherence to clinical and ethical standards. Responsibilities Provide weekly clinical supervision to associates and therapists facilitating group therapy.
Support clinicians with:
Group facilitation techniques and clinical interventions, Case consultation and treatment planning, Clinical documentation and regulatory compliance, Ethical decision-making and professional standards. Promote trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of group programming. Provide constructive feedback and clinical coaching. Collaborate with leadership to support clinical quality improvement and program development. Qualifications Active
LMFT , LCSW
, or LPCC license (California) LCSW is preferred Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience. Experience providing clinical supervision and/or facilitating behavioral health groups. Knowledge of mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment. Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
