We offer a full range of care including chiropractic, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, red light therapy, and neuropathy treatment. Our team is patient-first, results-driven, and growing. Position Overview The Patient Care Coordinator is the patient's guide from their very first visit forward. You'll meet new patients, present the doctor's recommended care plan, walk them through their financial and insurance options, and enroll them into care. When you're not sitting with a patient, you'll support the clinical team by running therapy sessions and verifying insurance benefits. This is a people-first role. Warmth, clarity, and confidence in financial conversations matter more than any single credential — we'll train the rest. What You'll Do Meet new patients on day one; conduct the consultation and present the doctor's report of findings and recommended care plan Walk patients through treatment costs, payment options, and financing, and enroll them into their care plan Serve as patients' main point of contact — schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments and field questions by phone, email, and in person Verify insurance benefits, call carriers to confirm coverage and authorizations, process billing information, and help patients understand their coverage Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the practice-management/EHR system while protecting patient confidentiality at all times Assist the clinical team with therapy sessions — spinal decompression, shockwave, red light, and neuropathy protocols (full training provided) Follow up with patients to keep no-shows low and coordinate care plans and next appointments Handle administrative support — data entry, document and report preparation, and keeping office files organized What We're Looking For Strong, energetic interpersonal skills; comfortable leading financial conversations and answering patient questions with warmth and clarity Experience in a chiropractic, dental, medical, or wellness office; a sales or customer-service background is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning practice-management/EHR software Working knowledge of health insurance procedures, medical terminology, and patient-privacy (HIPAA) rules Organized, detail-oriented, and a fast, accurate typist who can juggle multiple tasks and move between front- and back-office duties in a day Coachable and eager to learn our clinical therapy protocols
