Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a part-time dedicated, hard working, and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The hours would be:
Wed-Fri from 2pm-6pm, and some Saturdays on an as needed basis only. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks in a very fast-paced dental office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments using Dentrix. Collecting and posting payments from patients. Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations. Verifying patient eligibility and benefits. Insurance verification Treatment plan coordinator Collaborate with dental laboratories Collaborate with dental staff to coordinate care plans and ensure seamless patient flow. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Utilize Dentrix software for efficient patient management. Skills Proficiency in dental billing and administrative support within a healthcare setting. Familiarity with dental terminology and care plans. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism. practice management software. Requirements:
Efficient in dentrix Fast typing skills Computer savvy Very fast learner and capable of retaining information Friendly, organized, and neat.
