About Revolve Health Revolve Health is a Naturopathic Clinic in Folsom, CA, specializing in perimenopause/menopause, hormone health, and holistic healthcare. The Role The purpose of this role is to make patients and prospective patients feel welcomed and cared for during every touchpoint of their care. This is done by catering to the patient experience with organized and warm care coordination, clear communication with patients, and keeping the clinic space welcoming. What You'll Do Patient Experience & Front Desk Be the first point of contact for patients in person and by phone, email, and messaging, guiding them through intake, scheduling, and follow-up with warmth and clarity Manage the appointment calendar, including cancellations, rescheduling, and waitlist coordination Handle patient questions with good judgment, redirecting clinical matters to the doctor Process invoices and payments, and communicate billing clearly to patients Coordinate labs, prescription refills, and supplement follow-ups under Dr. Fanning's direction Support in-office supplement sales and ordering Maintain accurate, organized patient records and communications across all platforms, per established protocols and HIPAA standards Keep the clinic space tidy and welcoming Clinical Support Take patient vital signs Administer intramuscular injections (e.g., B12 and other therapeutic injections) under Dr. Fanning's direction — we'll train you Prepare patients and the treatment area for in-office procedures, and support Dr. Fanning chairside as needed

Required — Hard Skills At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a medical or clinical setting Genuine interest in holistic, root-cause, or integrative health. You don't need formal naturopathic training, but you should be excited to learn how we practice. Reads and writes proficiently in English, with minimal to no errors Detail-oriented with documentation, billing, and follow-through Comfortable and capable with everyday computer use (Mac-based office); able to learn new software platforms with reasonable independence Comfortable performing or learning hands-on clinical tasks, including injections Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities without dropping balls Bonus Skills Phlebotomy certification Background in naturopathic, functional, or integrative medicine Experience with IM injection administration Experience in a small practice or clinic setting, including EHR systems and clinical office workflows Comfort with lab coordination and prescription management support Schedule & Growth Path This role starts part-time — 20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. Opportunity to grow toward 32 per week.
