Job Description

Responsibilities:
Coordinate Medical Review Committee (MRC) submissions by managing preparation, tracking, revisions, and final approvals of PAQ medical materials. Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure timelines are met, feedback is incorporated accurately, and documentation and version control support audit readiness and compliance. Lead updates to scientific decks and medical materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved data and messaging. Coordinate review cycles, versioning, and stakeholder input to maintain compliance with internal standards and regulatory expectations. Oversee external vendor coordination by managing timelines, deliverables, and quality checks for medical content development and operational execution. Support vendor onboarding, contracting coordination, and compliance alignment to ensure outputs meet PAQ Medical Affairs requirements. Support the creation and maintenance of medical resources aligned with PAQ scientific objectives, payer evidence needs, and field team requirements. Assist with content development, formatting, review coordination, publication, and proper cataloging to ensure accessibility for internal stakeholders. Provide logistical and operational support for Medical Affairs Advisory Programs (MAAPs) and Sentinel Panels by coordinating agendas, materials, meetings, and post-meeting follow-up. Support the planning and execution of internal and external meetings, including payer-focused engagements and PAQ-related conferences, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination and meeting follow-up. Manage dossier updates to ensure content reflects current data, indications, and payer relevant evidence. Maintain FormularyDecisions.com content through document uploads, updates, compliance tracking, and coordination of review and approval workflows. Project manage budget tracking, maintenance, and updates for the PAQ HIV team. Coordinate forecasts, accruals, and vendor spend tracking while partnering with finance and leadership to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with annual plans. Maintain knowledge management systems, including SharePoint sites, resource libraries, and indexes, to ensure medical resources are current, well organized, and easily accessible. Support continuous improvement of internal systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency. May be responsible for preparing and giving presentations for internal training and/or external audiences Collaborate effectively and in a compliant manner with colleagues in other functional areas throughout Gilead. Basic Qualifications Masters' Degree and Six Years' Experience OR PhD /PharmD and Two Years' Experience Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years Medical Affairs (medical device/pharmaceutical industry), managed care, or HEOR experience, preferred. Ideally including recent experience of a successful launch of a product. Advanced degree in life sciences in one or more of the following required: PharmD, MS/MPH, PhD., or MD/DO Health outcomes, research or medical affairs background in HIV Possess a willingness and ability to work hands-on and with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced, scientific, entrepreneurial environment Solid working knowledge of regulatory and compliance environment Excellent organizational, project planning, and time management skills. Strong sense of urgency and goal orientation. Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present to and engage with a wide range of audiences Strong interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication Strategic thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to successfully lead the ideation, development of a plan and move to action Proven ability for organizational partnership, strong teamwork, timely decision-making and the ability to work effectively in a matrix-environment within an evolving and fluid work HIV organization Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe® Ability to travel frequently (+- 30%)
