Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hospitality Supervisor, where you will lead and oversee the food and beverage operations at our premier sports and entertainment venue. This energetic role is perfect for a passionate hospitality professional eager to create memorable experiences for guests while managing daily food service activities. You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and coordinating all aspects of food production and service. Your leadership will help foster a lively, efficient, and welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back for more! Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service activities during events, ensuring smooth operations from setup to cleanup Lead, motivate, and train team members in food preparation, serving techniques, and customer service excellence Oversee food handling procedures to comply with safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance to ensure optimal productivity Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production, proper presentation, and quality control Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all attendees Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely restocking Requirements Proven experience in food service management, restaurant management, or hospitality supervision with a focus on food production and customer service Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and dietary considerations Experience in managing shift operations within the food industry or catering services Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in kitchen management or culinary roles is highly desirable
