Responsibilities Under the direction of the System Director of Pharmacy, the Manager is responsible for implementing and coordinating the clinical and operational activities associated with providing high quality pharmaceutical care within the inpatient setting. Oversees the activities of inpatient pharmacists and responsible for the department's strategic clinical, professional and administrative activities. As the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC), manages departmental activities, policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Manages staffing and scheduling functions to achieve department objectives, cost-effective services and productivity targets. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred Completion of an ASHP residency preferred Experience 5 years of experience as a Pharmacist, with at least 2 years in an acute care setting required 2 years of supervisory experience preferred Licenses and Certifications RPH - Registered Pharmacist with valid State of California Pharmacist License required Disclaimers • Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
