Position Summary Lucent Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient imaging center in Glendale, California. The Clinic Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the practice while creating an exceptional experience for patients, physicians, and employees. This individual will partner closely with the physician owners and radiologists to maintain efficient workflows, high clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has previous leadership experience managing a diagnostic imaging center and understands the operational needs of MRI, CT, X-ray, and other outpatient imaging services. Essential ResponsibilitiesOperations & Practice Management Direct the day-to-day operations of the imaging center. Ensure smooth patient flow from scheduling through completion of services. Monitor clinic efficiency and identify opportunities to improve productivity and patient satisfaction. Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment. Partner with physician owners on operational initiatives and strategic growth. Leadership & Team Development Onboard, train, and develop clinic staff. Lead and coach front office and administrative team members while supporting imaging technologists. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Foster a positive, accountable, patient-first culture. Create and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage. Patient Experience Deliver an exceptional patient experience consistent with Lucent's mission and values. Address patient questions and concerns professionally and compassionately. Resolve service issues promptly while maintaining patient trust. Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements when needed. Ensure every patient feels informed, respected, and cared for throughout their visit. Physician & Referral Relationships Build strong relationships with referring physicians and healthcare partners. Support business development through exceptional service and responsiveness. Collaborate with physician owners to enhance referral relationships and patient care. Financial & Business Operations Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Oversee purchasing and inventory management. Manage vendor relationships and service agreements. Review operational metrics including scheduling utilization, patient volumes, and productivity. Compliance & Quality Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, ACR, and all applicable federal and state regulations. Maintain accreditation standards and support regulatory inspections. Ensure imaging equipment maintenance and quality assurance requirements are completed. Monitor documentation accuracy and operational compliance. Maintain patient confidentiality and promote a culture of safety. QualificationsRequired Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in an outpatient diagnostic imaging center or radiology practice Demonstrated experience overseeing MRI, CT, X-ray, and diagnostic imaging operations Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory compliance Experience managing employee performance, staffing, scheduling, and workflow Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), RIS/PACS, scheduling, and practice management systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment Preferred Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field Clinical imaging background or ARRT certification Experience working in a physician-owned imaging center Knowledge of medical billing, insurance verification, and prior authorizations Success in This Role The ideal Clinic Manager is: A strong leader who builds engaged, high-performing teams. Pay:
$95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
