Director of Network Operations Full-time Job Summary:
The Manager of Patient Care Coordination is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of the Patient Care Coordinator Team at Oncology Physicians Network (OPN). The role is responsible for supporting and managing the coordination of care for patients assigned the OPN. The position requires excellent communications skills (verbal and written) and have experience in managing and coordinating patient care services under a managed care structure. The position will interact with various stakeholders including, physicians and their office staff, medical group clients, patients, care management and OPN's network operations team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Patient Care Coordinator team, including but not limited to assigning tasks and/or projects. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving escalations and patient grievances in collaboration with the OPN network providers. Manage and monitor out-of-network (OON) care, including tertiary and inpatient care for patients assigned to OPN. Ensure patients are transitioned back to the OPN network, as required. Act as the primary point of contact with client groups and provider offices to maintain services within the OPN network and ensure timely access to care. Inform and educate provider office staff as it relates to the coordination of care of patients assigned to OPN. Attends meetings with provider and client groups, as directed. Provide reports related to the coordination of patient care, as directed. Provides the highest level of customer service to ensure the best experience. Respects patients by recognizing their rights, maintaining confidentiality. Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures. Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook) Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related field of study, required. 3 years of experience in a managed healthcare organization, required. 5+ years of experience in a managed healthcare organization, preferred. 3 years of oncology related services experience, required. Excellent verbal and writtequality work within the deadlines with or without direct supervisions; interact professional with other employers, customers, and suppliers; work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments; and work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.

Physical Requirements:
