- ABM is seeking an experienced and results-driven
- Senior District Manager
- to lead
- healthcare support services operations across multiple hospital, outpatient, and healthcare facilities.
- This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, employee engagement, safety performance, and financial results while ensuring a clean, safe, and healing environment for patients, visitors, and caregivers.
Pay:
$90K-$120K- The pay listed is the
- salary range
- for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

- What You'll Do
- Operational Leadership
- + •Lead day-to-day operations across multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring consistent delivery of services that meet or exceed contractual obligations and client expectations•.
- Partner closely with hospital administration, facility leadership, and department stakeholders to address service needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- + Ensure all locations maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, infection prevention support, and customer service.
- Client Partnership & Business Growth
- + Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and key stakeholders.
- Team Development & Employee Engagement
- + Recruit, develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and frontline teams. + Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, safety, and continuous learning. + Lead performance management activities, including coaching, corrective action, and career development planning. + Ensure proper staffing levels to support service delivery and business objectives.
- Financial Management
- + Manage district labor, supply, and operating budgets to achieve financial performance goals.
- Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
- + Champion a strong safety culture through compliance with ABM, OSHA, Joint Commission, CMS, and healthcare facility standards.
- Qualifications
- Required Qualifications
- + •5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large teams within healthcare, hospitality, facility services, environmental services (EVS), support services, or related operations.
- + Experience overseeing multi-site operations, budgets, staffing, and client relationships.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. + Experience supporting hospitals, healthcare systems, ambulatory care centers, or other regulated healthcare environments. + Knowledge of Joint Commission standards, infection prevention practices, and healthcare regulatory requirements. +
- Bilingual a plus
