Position Details:
Administrative & Clinical Coordinator (Nexus Brain Center)
Pay Range:
$25.00-$28.00 per hour Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Schedule:
40 hours per week

Hayward, CA Essential Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Answer phone calls and emails, providing information about the clinic and procedures. • Discuss clinic services with potential new patients, addressing their questions and concerns. • Schedule patient appointments and manage the office schedule. Process payments for patient visits. Maintain the clinic director's calendar, coordinating meetings, patient visits, and other commitments.
Clinical Support:
Teach patients their at-home therapies. Provide feedback and guidance on therapy progress at each visit. Oversee and manage rehab equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance. • Monitor patients while they utilize rehabilitation equipment. Document and report patient progress to doctors or preceptor interns.
Marketing & Outreach:
Research local community events for potential marketing opportunities. Assist in brainstorming and implementing marketing initiatives to grow the clinic's presence. Collaborate with the marketing team at Life Chiropractic College West to execute campaigns and outreach efforts. Attend periodic community events alongside preceptor interns and doctors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a chiropractic, medical, or rehabilitation office setting. Background in health sciences, biology, neuroscience, or related fields is highly desirable. Prior administrative experience in healthcare or patient-centered environments is a plus. Demonstrated passion for supporting individuals with complex and chronic neurological conditions. Proficient in scheduling systems and general office management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic clinical setting. Comfortable providing hands-on guidance and physical support to patients during therapeutic activities. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Experience in marketing, social media, or community outreach is preferred.
