What You'll Do Design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior support programs for clients with autism and developmental delays Provide supervision across home, school, and community settings Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams Conduct assessments, track progress, and recommend goals and service levels Write reports and manage authorization renewals Mentor BCBA candidates and support their fieldwork requirements Balance clinical care with time-sensitive administrative tasks What You'll Need Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Candidates actively pursuing BCBA certification are welcome to apply Clean background check and TB clearance Valid driver's license and insurance Strong communication, flexibility, and collaboration skills Why You'll Love Working Here For over 16 years, Love 2 Learn has provided ABA, Speech, Occupational Therapy, and Early Intervention services across Southern California.
