NU Dental Aesthetics is a brand-new, state-of-the-art aesthetic dental practice in Huntington Beach , featuring advanced technology—including digital scanning, CBCT imaging, 3D printing, and in-house milling—along with high-quality equipment and materials, beautiful design, and efficient clinical workflows. We prioritize quality over quantity, precision, continued learning, teamwork, and exceptional patient care. Job Summary We're seeking a dental professional with front-office and assisting experience who is confident in patient communication, treatment and financial coordination, collections, and PPO insurance. Compensation This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have front-office and dental assisting experience. During the initial three-month period , starting compensation will be based on the candidate's front-office and dental assisting experience $26/hour: Previous front-office and dental assisting experience $28/hour: Considerable front-office and dental assisting experience $33-$35/hour (future growth potential): Advanced front-office experience, including treatment and financial coordination, along with dental assisting experience Following the initial 90-day period , compensation will be reviewed, with the opportunity for an increase based on performance and overall contribution to the practice. Our goal is to reward team members as their skills, responsibilities, and contribution to the practice grow. Benefits For eligible employees, additional benefits may be available after the initial 90 days, including: 401(k) retirement benefits Health insurance Paid time off Position Structure The position will begin part-time for the initial three-month training and integration period and will transition to full-time afterward. We offer flexibility in scheduling during this initial period and are willing to work with the right candidate based on their availability and preferred days of the week. When front-desk responsibilities are complete, the team member must be willing to: Assist in the back office as needed Cross-train and support our digital laboratory workflows Qualifications Required Experience with dental front-office operations, patient and treatment coordination, financial presentations and collections, PPO insurance, and professional communication by phone, text, email, and in person. Infection Control and Radiation Safety certifications Current CPR/BLS certification Dental assisting experience Comfortable learning new technology, software, and practice systems
Pay:
$26.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 40.0 per week
