Job duties include scheduling, insurance verification and authorization, collecting copays/deductibles, scanning, enforcement of company policies and procedures and many other office related tasks. Must be able to manage multiple competing tasks, work well with others, and provide exceptional customer service. WebPT and/or Kareo experience a plus.
