Dorostkar DDS, Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk Receptionist) to greet our families with a smile, help answer phones and schedule appointments, and to ensure that every patient visit is a positive experience. Although helpful, you do NOT need dental experience for this position, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Our well-respected office is very organized and extremely well-run. We are proud of our reputation for outstanding customer service and exceptional children's dental care. We are searching for reliable, enthusiastic, dedicated applicants who are motivated self-starters. Exceptional communication skills and a warm smile are essential for this position. Successful candidates must be good at multi-tasking and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Making everyone feel like a welcome guest in our office Scheduling appointments for patients in person or on the telephone Organizing and maintaining patient information Preparing letters, information packets, and other correspondences as needed Collecting and posting account payments Working well with team members, doctors, patients, and their families Dental experience is helpful but is not necessary. We will train you. We have a wonderful therapy dog, Aspen, who works with us so we hope you love dogs too! This position is a full-time career opportunity. Full-time employees will be eligible for all benefits after an appropriate introductory period.
