Q-level security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in construction, operations of facility systems or utility site infrastructure systems. Ability to devise creative solutions for unique and complex problems. Advanced communication skills with proven ability to present concepts and ideas in a clear and coherent manner, both verbal and written Working knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems, including design, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of facility systems. Experience using work process documents, procedures, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to plan and coordinate maintenance or construction activities. Strong communication skills and working knowledge of safety, security, environmental and regulatory requirements[BC1] . Experienced coordinating maintenance and construction activities from planning through field execution Additional qualifications at the 369.2 Level Extensive technical and administrative experience, including highly advanced technical and administrative authority in executing construction activities and operations. Extensive experience directing complex fabrications, assemblies, and procurements, including construction projects or similar activities. Highly advanced knowledge of the standards, procedures, and techniques related to maintenance and/or construction project coordination. Pay Range $125,310- $185,640 Annually $125.310
