LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
To achieve level 2, employee must also be able to be competent in the following skills (competence defined by able to do the task independently as determined by PCC supervisor, and able to teach to others): Proficient in pediatric registration and scheduling (PSM only) Workers comp. registration. (PSM and OPN) Patient registration WQ (PSM and OPN) Process Plan of Care (PSM only) Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent communication skills. Excellent phone and computer skills. Working knowledge of medical terminology. Working knowledge of insurance terminology. Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
