Residential Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) Confidential Opportunity | Residential Mental Health Treatment Company Overview Our organization provides residential mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults through evidence-based, relationship-focused care. With a multidisciplinary approach, our programs support clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges in a structured residential setting designed to promote long-term healing and growth. Position Summary We are seeking a licensed and experienced Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to provide clinical leadership within a residential behavioral health setting serving adolescents and young adults. This individual will maintain a clinical caseload while also overseeing clinical quality, supporting therapist development, and ensuring adherence to documentation and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is a strong clinician and collaborative leader with experience working in higher levels of care and supervising multidisciplinary teams within residential, inpatient, PHP, IOP, or related behavioral health environments. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed and associate-level clinicians Maintain an active therapy caseload including individual, family, and group therapy sessions Support clinical staff development through ongoing coaching, case consultation, and training Oversee assessments, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and discharge planning Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards including HIPAA requirements Collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, operations, and residential staff to coordinate client care Assist in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and clinical decision-making for high-acuity clients Conduct regular chart audits, case reviews, and utilization oversight to maintain quality of care Support implementation of evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care Participate in program development initiatives and clinical process improvement efforts Qualifications Active California LCSW license required Experience providing clinical supervision in a behavioral health setting preferred Prior experience within residential treatment, inpatient psychiatry, PHP, or adolescent behavioral health strongly preferred Ability to maintain a therapy caseload while overseeing clinical operations and staff support Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based treatment modalities Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and family systems Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation standards Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Experience Residential treatment center experience Experience supporting associate-level clinicians pursuing licensure hours Background working with co-occurring disorders, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, or substance use Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary treatment teams Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Join a mission-driven team committed to helping adolescents and young adults build sustainable healing and long-term emotional wellness.
