Magnolia Pediatrics is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Manager to join our busy, growing pediatric practice in Marin County. This leadership role is ideal for a dedicated pediatric healthcare professional who enjoys managing clinical operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations of a busy pediatric office Train, mentor, and monitor clinical staff to ensure high standards of patient care and workflow efficiency Assist with staff performance management and ongoing education Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Support physicians and staff in maintaining excellent patient satisfaction Manage clinical workflows, supplies, and quality improvement initiatives Assist with scheduling and staffing needs as required
Qualifications Pediatric:
Medical Assistant background required Strong knowledge and experience with pediatric vaccine administration and injections Experience using Epic EHR Pediatric patient triage experience preferred Previous supervisory or management experience in a medical office strongly preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced pediatric environment
