Compensation Hourly Pay equivalent to $85,000•$100,000 per year Opportunities for salary and bonus incentives available after demonstrated consistency. We are currently looking for a leader that shares our vision for the ethical delivery of ABA services to some of the most vulnerable members of our society. We take our responsibility to our clients seriously, which is why company growth is systematic and methodical. All levels of staff directly inspire our agency's vision. The BCBA works with individuals with a variety of disorders, such as Autism, ADHD and Mild Intellectual disabilities. BCBAs oversee the development, modification, and implementation of treatment plans (i.e., behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals) for each client on their caseload. They work collaboratively on a clinical team and may work one-on-one with caregivers in home and community settings. The BCBA collaborates with the client's caregivers and the case supervisor to develop a comprehensive and individualized intervention plan. Primary Job Responsibilities Conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and uses assessment tools Designs ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral disabilities Ensures integrity of program implementation Monitors effectiveness of treatment plans and modify programs as needed Analyzes data and create graphs for visual and analysis of data Provides individualized client-centered parent training Engages in active listening and positive interaction with clients and caregivers Facilitates clinical team meetings (CTMs) Models behavior intervention strategies for behavior technicians and caregivers Provides supervision, support, and development opportunities to behavior technicians and case supervisors Generates and completes progress reports
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree in a related field is required Prior clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Prior supervisory experience Ability to provide evidence of negative tuberculosis test Ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan background check Consistent and reliable transportation
Preferred :
Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills Operating Hours Monday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm (Session times are based on employee and client availability)
