Loan Processor

Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Underwriting Team Gather and process all loan documentation and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and loan terms Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting Verify borrower information, including employment, income, and credit history Manage loan process through the company's LOS system Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and lenders to provide updates on Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions

Skills:

Proficient in 10-key typing for data entry and calculations Strong math skills, including basic math calculations and financial calculations Knowledge of loan origination processes and FNMA guidelines Familiarity with escrow procedures and contract requirements Geo-Corp, Inc. offers full
