A Clinical Supervisor or Manager supervises staff and manages services in a clinical program. May provide clinical supervision for nursing, counseling or home health care staff. Works to ensure quality patient care. Trains and develops clinical staff and manages clinical program budgets.

Work Shift Day:
8 hours Job Description Manages Rehabilitation Services department including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy for in and out-patients at El Camino Hospital locations in Mountain View and Los Gatos. Provides effective leadership and works closely with department staff and managers of other departments. Responsible for achieving the Department mission, goals and objectives. Provides responsible resource/fiscal management and continuous performance improvement. Responsible for program planning and development, equipment and facilities planning, budget preparation, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance. The manager is responsible for staff recruitment, retention, development, training and performance management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current California PT, OT, or ST license. Bachelors degree required with masters degree in business of health related field preferred. Minimum 5 years clinical experience in acute care setting. Prior supervisory experience required. Prior budget, project management, program planning and development experience preferred.
Salary Range:
