$120,000-$149,000/year About the Opportunity Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a mission-driven community healthcare organization in Novato, CA seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking LCSW to serve as Director of Training, Behavioral Health Fellowship. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a behavioral health professional passionate about clinical training, mentorship, culturally responsive care, and developing the next generation of clinicians . Key Responsibilities Lead and develop an Integrated Behavioral Health fellowship and training program. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to ASWs, Behavioral Health Fellows, and the Clinical Supervisor. Develop and deliver clinical training and curriculum. Support evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive behavioral health practices. Provide behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and organizational leadership. Support recruiting, onboarding, professional development, and performance management. Help build a pipeline of bilingual and culturally responsive behavioral health professionals. Qualifications California LCSW license in good standing. At least 2 years of post-licensure experience . Fluent in Spanish and English. Behavioral health/mental health clinical experience. Experience with clinical supervision, mentorship, training, or professional development. Strong understanding of culturally responsive and trauma-informed care. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred:
Experience with ASW supervision, curriculum development, integrated behavioral health, FQHC/community health, motivational interviewing, substance use treatment, and/or Epic.
