This role is ideal for an experienced LMFT or LPCC who is passionate about clinical excellence, ethical practice, staff development, and community-based mental health care. The Clinical Supervisor, Mental Health will provide individual and group supervision, oversee clinical documentation and treatment quality, and maintain a small therapy caseload. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group clinical supervision to trainees and associates, supporting licensure readiness and clinical skill development. Oversee and evaluate supervisees' clinical work, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, intervention, case conceptualization, and documentation. Maintain a small caseload of clients, providing individual and/or family therapy, comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and progress monitoring. Participate in clinical team meetings, case conferences, onboarding, training, and program development activities. Collaborate with clinical staff, program managers, and administrative teams to ensure coordinated, ethical, and effective service delivery. Contribute to clinical policy and procedure development while staying current on mental health best practices, research, and ethical guidelines.
