Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day marina, boat rental, F& B and retail operations with a proactive, hands-on approach. Elevate the guest experience by upholding and championing exceptional service standards across all areas. Recruit, train, and mentor both seasonal and full-time team members in partnership with Human Resources. Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth. Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors, community partners, and regulatory agencies. Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations to protect guests, staff, and natural resources.
Qualifications:
5 years of proven leadership experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, or marina operations Strong background in managing seasonal teams and building high-performance cultures Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control Passion for the outdoors and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences
Education:
