Header Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor to lead and oversee behavioral intervention programs for children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), diagnostic evaluations, and patient assessments to identify client needs. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique goals, especially focusing on children with autism spectrum disorders and neurodevelopmental disorders. Lead intake processes by evaluating new clients, coordinating assessments, and establishing treatment objectives aligned with family and educational team input. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality. Collaborate closely with families, educators, medical professionals, and caregivers to support client communication and facilitate seamless service delivery across settings such as home and school environments. Provide training and ongoing supervision in behavioral psychological assessments, behavior intervention strategies, and functional assessments to team members. Support clients' behavioral health needs by applying evidence-based ABA techniques within a compassionate framework that emphasizes patient care. Skills Extensive experience working with children with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and functional assessment methodologies. Proven ability to conduct behavioral psychological assessments including FBA and diagnostic evaluations. Excellent skills in data collection, analysis, and medical documentation to track client progress accurately. Experience working within special education settings or school environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, medical records management, and home-based behavioral interventions. Exceptional client communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers.
