We are looking for a dependable, patient-focused team member who combines strong clinical skills with exceptional customer service. What You Can Expect Monday-Friday schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 60-minute PAID lunch break No weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts A supportive team environment working alongside providers, nurses, and front office staff Direct impact on patient transformation and wellness outcomes Mission-driven culture focused on proactive health and optimizing patient wellness Position Overview As a Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant / Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing blood samples for laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures while also assisting with patient care, injections, front office coordination, and administrative support. You will work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience from check-in to follow-up. Responsibilities Draw blood and prepare specimens for laboratory testing Centrifuge blood samples and properly label all specimens Collect and process specimens according to established procedures Perform routine laboratory testing and assist with clinical procedures Administer injections and treatments as directed by providers Assist physicians during patient examinations and consultations Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Schedule appointments and manage patient charts and follow-ups Educate patients on treatment plans, next steps, and expectations Handle invoicing, payments, and financial discussions professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical and front desk areas Communicate with management regarding patient concerns or operational issues Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, quality assurance standards, and patient confidentiality requirements Deliver a welcoming, polished, and professional patient experience Qualifications Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience required Certified Phlebotomist required Medical Assistant experience preferred Knowledge of clinical laboratory operations and blood testing procedures Experience with EMR systems, scheduling software, and patient documentation Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required Professional appearance and positive attitude required You Will Succeed in This Role If You Enjoy working directly with patients and helping people feel comfortable Take pride in accuracy, organization, and attention to detail Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during busy clinic hours Communicate clearly and proactively with both patients and staff Thrive in structured systems and team-oriented environments Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid lunch breaks Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee wellness perks Positive, team-focused workplace culture Equal Opportunity Employer True Test HRT is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace.
