Salary:
$150k - 180k, based on experience Be part of a soul-hearted approach to healing Alsana is a national leader in eating disorder treatment, offering a holistic, soul-hearted approach to recovery for adults and adolescents of all genders. As the Regional Clinical Director, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight across Monterey's residential and PHP/IOP programs while supporting clinical quality, staff development, and individualized eating disorder care. Key Responsibilities • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to therapists and multidisciplinary treatment teams across residential and PHP/IOP levels of care Support treatment planning, documentation, group facilitation, and overall clinical programming for clients with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions Partner closely with Operations and Compliance teams to support program effectiveness and adherence to company policies and clinical standards Lead treatment team meetings and collaborate with families, outpatient providers, and referral sources to support continuity of care Monitor clinical quality, patient outcomes, and program performance while supporting ongoing quality improvement initiatives Support staff development, onboarding, training, and clinical growth across assigned programs Participate in outreach and community engagement activities as needed Qualifications • Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field required Active independent clinical licensure required Leadership experience within behavioral health or eating disorder treatment settings required Experience supporting multidisciplinary treatment teams and multiple levels of care preferred Benefits That Support You At Alsana, we believe in caring for the people who make our mission possible.
