Job Summary The Health Information Coordinator collaborates with clinical staff, administrative personnel, and external agencies to ensure high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility. The Health Information Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the management, organization, and integrity of patient health information within the organization. This role involves ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies. This includes, but is not limited to, answering phones, assisting customers with inquiries and requests for records, and releasing patient information upon valid request.
