In this vital role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health and behavioral care, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes growth and excellence. Your expertise will guide clinical staff in implementing evidence-based practices, managing complex cases, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff, including therapists, case managers, and support personnel, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational policies Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for clients across Elderly senor adults Lead clinical team meetings to coordinate care strategies, review case progress, and promote professional development Ensure accurate documentation of patient care in electronic health records (EHR) systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) Manage crisis intervention situations with sensitivity and professionalism, providing guidance to staff during emergencies involving mental health or substance use disorders Conduct ongoing quality assurance reviews to monitor treatment outcomes, data collection efforts, and research initiatives related to mental health conditions like PTSD or neurodevelopmental disorders Requirements Proven experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, neurodiverse populations such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and those with co-occurring disorders Demonstrated supervisory experience leading clinical teams within behavioral health or mental health settings Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), ICD-9/10 coding systems for diagnostic evaluation and documentation Expertise in crisis management techniques including crisis intervention and crisis response planning Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for medical records management and documentation accuracy Excellent communication skills for client engagement, family collaboration, and interdisciplinary team coordination Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds while providing culturally competent care Join us as a Clinical Supervisor where your leadership will inspire positive change!
