Clinical Supervisor

Full-Time Hourly Rate:

What We're Looking For Required:
Direct experience working with children in behavioral health settings is required. A strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques, especially for developmental disabilities. Knowledge of medical records management and documentation standards. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Empathy, professionalism, and a client-centered mindset. Completion of at least 12 units of a Master's-level program in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).Preferred:
Proficiency in data-driven treatment planning and diagnostic evaluation. Experience supervising RBTs or BTs Bilingual in English and Spanish Why Join Us?
